Summer Essentials

Although summer feels like a decade away, I took it upon myself to give you all some summer inspiration (you're welcome). Every suummer that rolls around I have several things on my "must have" list. It almost always includes a new pair (or two) of footwear, as well as various trending items. Since it's nearly time to put away our cold weather gear for a few seasons, I wanted to share with you the top ten items that make up my summer essentials list.

Spring & Summer Outfit Inspiration

Rainy days always have me anticipating the arrival of warmer weather. I have always been a fan of coloured denim and pants, so why not make an outfit revolving around shorts in my favourite colour? If I had all of these pieces in my wardrobe (because it's totally possible for me to have a Givenchy purse right now in my financial state), I would definitely be mixing and matching. Neutrals, a bit of pattern (hello, polka dots! You're cute!), and bright colours are perfect for the spring time and can easily be transitioned once the hot summer rolls around. Aah, can the sunshine come out yet?

Brighten Up With Kate Spade

Spring may be a tad bit far off (although the first week of January has already flown by!), but it doesn't mean you can't look forward to the upcoming season. In fact, there are lots of fun trends coming up this season, and one of my favourites is the introduction of COLOUR again! Winter is all about darker colours - rightly so, they go with the season, but spring is fresh & fun!
