Rockstar 101

I wore this outfit a couple days ago when the boyfriend & I went to do the last of our Christmas shopping. I am so relieved that I am FINISHED with my shopping, as the malls are so crazy & people are rushing around in a hurry (or they don't walk at all which is equally frustrating). I had this outfit in mind as soon as I opened my closet; I knew I wanted to be comfortable, and there's nothing more comfortable than a cotton T and jeans!

Chain & pearl necklace: I forget (so helpful).

Boots: Payless Shoes. Am I the only one who feels like a bad ass super woman wearing motorcycle boots? Yes? Oh, okay.

I got this shirt last year at a Rihanna concert Brandon & I went to. It was amazing!

PS. The Jay Z & Kanye West concert was amazing too. Pretty sure I died and went to heaven several times last night. However, now my throat is so sore, my head is aching & my legs feel so heavy! I am currently laying in bed and plan on doing so until I have to get ready for work at 5. All of my shifts this week are closing shifts, but I finally go back to the island on Friday to be with my family for Christmas! Hallelujah.

Golden Girls

I just wanted to do a quick post for you all this morning before I head off to work!
Outfit details: Shirt from Sirens (which I purchased last year but wearing for the first time today!), Gifted necklace & bracelet (but you can see it's Guess anyway), and not pictured: Pashu skinny jeans (yeah you saw that one comin'), andddd... I'm undecided on my shoes!

I'm thinking those boots again? Or maybe flats. I haven't worn flats in a while.

I woke up bright & early this morning to complete a 20 minute interval work out on the treadmill. Note: I bought new runners, so that's coming up in another post. There's something about running in the morning that just wakes you up and starts your day off right, I find.

What Did YOU Wear Today?

I went shopping again today, this time with my sister and my mom. My sister's friend Rachel came along, and the two of them are OBSESSED with the book store Chapters. However, lucky for me - I found two of the books I had been wanting forever!


If any of you are near The Body Shop, these shampoos/conditioners smell like HEAVEN, and they are only $3.00 each! I imagine it's only for a short amount of time, but all their "basic" items (or they're from a certain line. I'm not too sure actually!) and it includes some men's products, lotions, body washes, and a carrot face moisturizer. I opted for these since I have been eyeing them up forever! Anyway, enough rambling here...


I bought this necklace at a home accessory party I hosted at my house before Christmas, and the turtle is making it's debut today for my shopping trip! I'm still wearing it now as I'm bundled up on the couch watching the news with my parents (cool, hey?).


Finally, this was my outfit for the day! I'm wearing the same skinny jeans (by Pashu) as yesterday, but with a black v-neck sweater (it has a gold zipper that goes down to my shoulder blades on the back) from Costablanca, the turtle necklace (SheShe accessories), and black suede boots.
